Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. If it's been on a real adventure, we can't take it back, but we hope it served you well out there.

To kick off a return or exchange, fill out our contact form or email us directly at info@pangooapparel.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll take it from there!

U.S. Orders

For domestic orders, you can choose between a full refund or an exchange. Either way, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error on our end (in which case we've got you covered!).

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed.  

International Orders

For international orders, returns are eligible for store credit only (no cash refunds or exchanges). Store credit never expires, so you've got plenty of time to find your next favorite piece. 

At this time, direct exchanges are not available for international orders due to the complexity of international shipping regulations and customs processes. 

Please note that return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred when sending items back are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item, we sincerely apologize — that's on us! Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo + quick description, and we'll make it right straight away.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Additional Information

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, store credit, refunds, or future orders from customers who show patterns of excessive or abusive return behavior.
