We want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know.
Processing Time
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within 10 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow along.
Pre-order shipping timelines may vary, please refer to the specific product's page and description.
What states do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states! Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Do you offer international shipping?
We’re happy to offer worldwide delivery to most countries in the world!
A heads up on customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or VAT upon arrival in your country. These fees are set by your local government and are the customer's responsibility. We aren't able to predict what they'll be, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure. Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees will not be eligible for a shipping refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is in the carrier's hands, it's out of ours, so unfortunately we are not able to take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If something goes sideways, your best first step is to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We're happy to provide any documentation that helps with a claim.
We also recommend making sure your delivery spot is secure, especially if you're out adventuring and won't be home on delivery day!
A Few Other Things to Know:
- Please double-check your address before placing your order. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped, and we aren't able to offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address.
- Returned packages (wrong address, uncollected, etc.) can be re-shipped if you let us know! Additional shipping fees will apply.
- Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear after your first scan, so don't be concerned if it doesn't update right away!
